Berry-Pomegranate Champagne Punch

BERRY-POMEGRANATE CHAMPAGNE PUNCH

Because sometimes when you’re in New York City & you’re on Spring Break, you need something that makes you feel like you’re somewhere tropical.

Today I took it upon myself to make the most delicious, sweet, alcoholic beverage I could think of. And as much as I love spending time in the kitchen cooking, today was not that kind of day. My berry-pomegranate champagne punch is simple, quick, and bound to get you tipsy. Here’s what you’ll need:

2 Lemons, washed and sliced

1 Large bunch Fresh Mint, de-stemmed and washed

1/2 a Grapefruit, washed and sliced

1 cup Raspberries, washed

¾ cup Simple Syrup

1 ½ cups white Rum

1 ½ cups Blueberry-Pomegranate Juice

2 Bottles of Champagne

Here’s how to put it all together:

  1. Slice 2 lemons
  2. Add the sliced lemons to your punch bowl
  3. Add 1 bunch of fresh mint to your punch bowl
  4. Toss in 1 cup of washed Raspberries
  5. Pour in ¾ cup Simple Syrup
  6. Add 1 ½ cups white Rum
  7. Pour in 1 ½ cups Blueberry-Pomegranate Juice
  8. Top with 2 full bottles of Champagne
  9. Stir together
  10. Pour into a gorgeous Champagne glass
  11.  Drink responsibly.
